1. What IRONYARD Is

IRONYARD is a marketplace connecting owners, brokers, and service providers of marine vessels and marine services with renters and buyers across the GCC (Bahrain, Qatar, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman). IRONYARD facilitates introductions and listings — it is not a party to any charter, sale, or service agreement made between users.

2. Information We Collect

When you create an account or submit a listing, we collect:

Account information: name, email, phone number, country, company name (if applicable)
Listing information: vessel particulars, specifications, photos, and the vessel particular document you upload
Service information: service description, coverage area, company logo, and brochure (for service providers)
Inquiry information: messages sent through the platform, including contact details of the sender

3. How We Use This Information

To display your listing or service to potential renters, buyers, or clients
To notify you of inquiries and status updates on your submissions
To review and approve listings before they go live
To contact you regarding your account or a submission

4. Listing Accuracy

Owners, brokers, and service providers are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents they submit, including vessel specifications, compliance certificates, and service descriptions. IRONYARD reviews listings before publication but does not independently verify vessel condition, certification validity, or compliance status. Renters and buyers are encouraged to independently verify documentation before entering any agreement.

5. Brokers

Users registering as a Broker represent that they have proper authorization from the vessel owner to list and manage the vessel on the platform. IRONYARD is not responsible for verifying this authorization and reserves the right to remove any listing where authorization is disputed.

6. No Liability for Transactions

Any charter, sale, or service agreement reached between users is strictly between those parties. IRONYARD is not a party to, and assumes no liability for, the performance, safety, condition, or outcome of any such agreement.

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any photos, documents, logos, or brochures you upload. By uploading them, you grant IRONYARD a license to display this content on the platform for the purpose of operating the marketplace.

8. Account & Listing Removal

IRONYARD reserves the right to reject, remove, or suspend any listing, service, or account that violates these terms, contains inaccurate information, or is reported as fraudulent or unauthorized.
